Ahoy!

My Story...

I’m a retired U.S. Naval Officer, now pursuing a second career helping others through my work with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. As Chief of the Funding Branch for the Northeast Region, I oversee contracts across thirteen states and the District of Columbia, managing over $2.5 billion.

During my Naval career, I served on five ships, in East Africa, and on the faculty at the U.S. Naval War College. After retiring, I worked with nonprofits supporting veterans, including Services for the UnderServed and the Bob Woodruff Foundation. I hold multiple degrees, including a doctorate from Salve Regina University, where I focused on Middle Eastern studies.

I’ve also been an adjunct professor at Norwich University since 2012. My military honors include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, three Naval Commendation Medals, and several awards for operational excellence. I live in New Rochelle, New York, with my wife and two children.
